Beautiful. All of mine are shades of brown. I can see why people get more and more chickens. I have a friend who gets khaki eggs from a chicken she bred.
That's a lovely egg, it could be described as too good to eat. Am annoyed that the hen didn't lay it when we were there so I could have cooed over it as I do anything cute. Always next time I suppose. Hopefully there will be lots of little hoppity skippity lambs as well then. There was even some on the journey back that we spotted
That's lovely. I'd be a teensy bit jealous, because it's such a beautiful colour, but our glorious girls are all coming back in to lay again, and the eggs are delicious, brown, white or scaly (one of them seems a bit out of practice!)

It is very cute indeed. And your blog is fun to read. Love all the beautiful crafts as well.
Beautiful. I can feel the urge to have yet more hens overtaking me.
