wanted to post comment on your Builth Wells blog but there seems to be no separate comment button. Anyway, sounds and looks a great day out and better than mine at the Devon County (too big, too commercial). And I have a particular love of Badger faces seeing as I have a growing flock of the white Torddu and the black Torwen.
Mountainear - my blog contains various pictures of the Torddu (white with black markings) including the one that is being ridden by the goose http://mopsa.blogspot.com/2007/03/reasons-to-be-cheerful.html. But I have yet to take piccies of the Torwen (Black with a few select white markings). Will get round to it and stick it up on Ramblings.
Great slide show of sheep, must make sure my son doesn't see it, or it'll be 'I'll have one of those, two of that one', he's keen on Zwarbtles, but I like the badger faced welsh sheep

Don't know why there wasn't a comment thing for Builth - but glad you all got here in the end.
Mopsa - would love to see some pictures of your sheep - if only to tell the difference between Torddu and Torwen.
There are some Herdwick ewes here which have black n speckled lambs.
I'd happy look at the animals but must confess the machinery leaves me cold ...
