Magical moonlight with owls.

Tonight there is a full moon in a mackerel sky over the small mountain kingdom of Trelystan. Owls too. Magic.
24 shots of magical moon - each one a bummer. Sigh.

Wasn't it utterly beautiful last night, we were gazing at it here too.

The moon is so hard to photograph but I think you got it! Our moon was blown behind rain clouds last night and I havent seen it since. If it turns up at your place tonight will you send it home please>

That's a lovely shot of the moon! I always produce a disappointing result. And owls too - quite magical.

Magical moon, but I missed it. Were there other pictures? I can only see one.

Thank you for sharing that moon. It is so mysterious!

Yes, it was breathtaking, wasn't it? None of my moon pics ever turn out, but I don't think my digital camera has enough functions for long exposure and night sky stuff. That's my excuse, anyway!xx

I forgot to go out last night to get a photo! A tripod or sturdy wall/fence is useful for moon shots.

Just been out and taken a few moon shots (tripod and all), but in my defence the clouds were moving too quickly :D

The moon was bright and fabulous last night, my glam ass bought a telescope a few weeks ago so last night we had our first close up view of the moon, incredibly bright and beautiful.

Great atmospheric picture and just love to hear owls.

It's a great picture! Taking pictures at night is so hard. I've taken hundreds of shots of fire flies and not one of them has come out.

Love the moon - we had owls hooting about two nights ago - Tawny I think. I wondered if it was the one that we released after it came down our chimney last year!!
