In fact it has rained every time I have been there.

I share your love of peace and quiet and totally adore rural tranquility but there is something rather urgent, vibrant and alive about a city, well I think of one where I lived for 20 years; London. I couldn't live there now but I still enjoy the visit.

A thought provoking post mountainear. Loved the memories of shops selling things like knicker elastic on cards - I'd forgotten that. The only place to buy good vegetables where we live is the farmers' market, but once a month isn't really often enough.Jodie Robsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02442935205880334932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22769896.post-25387369276422061032007-10-25T10:17:00.000+00:002007-10-25T10:17:00.000+00:00That was beutifully captured mountaineer, know exa...That was beutifully captured mountaineer, know exactly what you mean.Posiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12844732200803572416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22769896.post-31384018841053307632007-10-25T02:54:00.000+00:002007-10-25T02:54:00.000+00:00Well written!
