Mum and dad's aren't due until the end of next month but that is a deliberate ploy due to the weather being so darned wet here and after all they only have a dozen in their wee flock. Still I'm excited already. There is nothing, no nothing prettier than a new lamby, except maybe a new highland coo, now That is a poppet on four legs!
Lovely to catch up with Shropshire folks. Off now to see what Wipso and Twiglet have been up to whilst I haven't been about.
CKxCalico Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11054839834452087857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22769896.post-45613947114053540252010-03-23T07:52:38.246+00:002010-03-23T07:52:38.246+00:00I loved Lambing Live, I found the origin of the mu...I loved Lambing Live, I found the origin of the mules particularly interesting. We have friends who used to raise lambs and I know birthing season is such an effort. Thankfully, cows do better alone although they do need watching over.Peghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08784695727082212481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22769896.post-13667574865821373862010-03-22T20:56:33.530+00:002010-03-22T20:56:33.530+00:00Thank goodness Lambing Live has finished - welcome...Thank goodness Lambing Live has finished - welcome back Universally Challenged!!!Diary Farmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14062493044905481100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22769896.post-32252051053383356352010-03-22T18:53:06.349+00:002010-03-22T18:53:06.349+00:00The walk sounds fabulous, but the thought of a lam...The walk sounds fabulous, but the thought of a lambing shed turns my stomach. I love the sound of the automatic feeder though. We try not to get any 'mollies' as they're called round these parts, but there always seems to be two or three to bottle feed.Maggie Christiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16047691937064748860noreply@blogger.com
